Jun 30, 2020 · For Voicemail to Work Properly, Make Sure Call Forwarding is Off. If you have call forwarding set up, it is likely to cause conflicts with voicemail. To turn off Call Forwarding or make sure it is not enabled: Head over to the Settings app → Phone → Call Forwarding → Ensure the toggle is Off. 1) Start will all call forwarding disabled. Me and my brother have iphone 5s's two days ago I had to set up call forwarding for my phone to my brothers phone. It worked and all my calls go to my brother phone. Bit I'm trying to take it off and nothing is working. I've dialed *72 then the number. Same with *73 *62 *61 *67 *63. I need this off, and the phones don't have the whole settings phone, call forwarding menu thing.

CALL FORWARD ALL on the other hand, still will not forward to 10-digit numbers, but will forward 7-digits and 11-digits just fine (for those that have those privileges). From reading through the documentation, outbound dial, even if it's call forward all, should work with the same patterns.
